Very disappointed in yoga and one call claims . Informed of an accident , difficultly getting through to the correct person . 8 days after the reported accident the insurance had still not sorted recovery if my vehicle or arranged any repair . Took it in my own hands to find my own garage . Very poor communication with all involved , no updates what so ever . Received a text to say my car was basically a write off to then be told the text message was not meant for me . If you’re thinking of going with yoga I would reconsider . No courtesy car offered I’m guessing as yet not been assessed , however if it was sorted in a decent time frame I may have a courtesy car by now . My 9th day without a car and still no updates .
