Nothing about this process has been good. After lodging my claim, nothing happened until I chased 10’days later. My car had wrongly been assessed as a ‘write off’ and when things eventually progressed One Call couldn’t provide me with a car so the claim has been outsourced. Rubbish customer service and I certainly won’t insure with them again.
