I had a call today with GD2 shout my claim, the lady was very helpful but I am very frustrated by the process of getting my car repaired after the initial contact with your call centre.
I had to make further contact with you to see how my claim was progressing! I had to then find out that I just had to book the repair with you but I was the one doing all the chasing. I would appreciate a call from Yoga insurance to discuss my claim. Not happy at all with the claims process.
