The agent was helpful & understanding, but the situation is not great. Been awaiting nearly a month for my car to be repaired & I get the same answer each time. Back log with work etc. I feel a bit fobbed off & more frustrated each time. Especially as the accident wasn't my fault & I am doing all the chasing!
