Not a good experience. So long winded, complicated and time consuming. A claim process that is not fit for purpose, hours spent trying to resolve a ‘no fault’ claim. Been advised that that we failed to disclose information on renewal when no fault claim was submitted a week after renewal submitted! Advised that we were entitled to a hire car, then told we were not!
