MP4 was really good at his job I am trying to close my claim and get pay out so I can get another car and now have garage chasing . it’s very stressful he was very helpful indeed
Such a shame your portal is very hit and miss often doesn’t work or even recognise me but the texting service is good thank goodness for any updates /notifications and isn’t open after 5.30 for immediate information . I was able to navigate my queries and get the information I need so I can send further costs to an email.
