AC3 was polite, patient and listened. He helped in escalating and issue with the hire car company and hopefully all will be resolved. It is a shame I had to revert back to One call for help with Enterprise Burton and would only suggest using a different company. Regardless AC3 was fantastic and very supportive. Appreciated the assistance very much.
