Establishing proof of existing NCD is not simple as it has to be in exactly the correct format. A rather threatening letter was received during the process. After multiple submissions I spent well over an hour in the Chat queue to resolve the issue (as I had to rejoin three times)
Once Chat established Ryan then LO6 resolved my issues promptly
