Didn't wait too long on live chat and spoke to Harry E. I made a mistake on compare the market and didn't put in details of a previous claim. Contacted them as soon s policy docs came through to advise, very efficient.
However my only issue was that I was charged £39 to change the policy on top of the extract insurance charge, even though I contacted them a few hours after the application. My mistake but thought I would be in the cooling off period and not be charged
