RG4 Ryan was a great help today and answered all my questions but responses between questions were very slow with long gaps. I am sure this was not Ryan's fault I expect One Click insist their operatives have to deal with several chats at the same time which leads to poor quality customer service. If a company is going to operate a DIY business model as One Click do and make it impossible to actually talk to anyone then it is important that alternatives are fast and efficient and you feel the chat operative is dedicated to your query after a long wait to get connected.
