LO6 fantastic. Fixed an issue immediately. However not pleased with company. Received a letter saying default payment action...No idea why as money always in bank and Direct debit set up. No explanation when I done live chat of why any this happened and I am still none the wiser. Worried I would have a default through absolutely no fault of own or even knowing there was an issue. Tried logging in but account has no option to look at Direct debits. Glad operator fixed issue, and confirmed as they took payment when it was due, I have no default. Worrying that due to company error, I could have had a default, especially as I'm looking to move and do a new mortgage application. Keep an eye on your account incase this happens to you. Scandalous threatening a default for absolutely NO reason. Certainly will not be renewing. Be glad when I move provider.
