NO2 was helpful with my query to add another driver to my policy. I couldn't do the amendment via my online portal for some reason but NO2 sorted it out for me. Paying was a bit of a pain as I trued via PayPal but was advised by NO2 you were having problems with that so had to pay by card. Sorted in the end but a little frustrating the time it took back and forth with typing messages!
