I spent ages waiting in the chat queue - twice - and chatted to an agent twice about updating information that was incorrectly placed in the first place, the information was not updated as they said it would be, i was advised to log out and log in again, and when i did it kept saying i didnt have an account and the seeion expired and the account didnt exsist. An awful waste of 2 hours. I now have no idea if my information has been updated or not. I can not access my account. And i am thinking of cancelling my policy in the cooling off period.
