Contact via online chat and exchanged messages with Jack (JA7 for review purposes) who resolved my queries fully and politely.
Had to contact OneDirect / OneClick as they had mistakenly set my policy up as auto renew - (something I always look out for and never accept, so they've misinterpreted something somewhere) & had not stated my NCD on the renewal notice. Jack sorted both of these out for me.
