Whilst J A7 was very helpful to deal with and I would rate him five stars.
I would have to say, use ANY other insurance company that you can.
The website is appalling, and it would appear the companies they deal with don't have a lot of selection of alternative vehicles if you want to change your policy to another car!
In addition if you want to have a human conversation with somebody via the telephone you're wasting your time!
