Harry E was very helpful and processed my request and refund. They gave me more time as I struggle with information processing so accommodated for that. They were great and appeared friendly too. Keep up the good work!!!
The live chat itself was a bit of a pain and the previous agent/handler closed my chat even though I responded saying I was still there and considering the information Paige S had sent me. This was a little frustrating as I had to go through the whole system again. Much easier to speak to people on the phone!
