Where do i start with this.... firstly i had an absolute nightmare trying to sent my prove of No Claims Bonus. You sent me an email asking for the info... i send it, only to be told my email isn't sent because I'm not a member! What...you've taken my payment, how on earth can i not be a member. I then asked one of my friends to Check to make sure I've done everything correct. He assured me that was right. He then sent it himself...didn't go through. The following day he had more time on his hands and finally the details went through. I then get an email saying..."there are some discrepancies with your No claims bonus ? No information of what the discrepancies are. Sent an email back to you asking for the information... guess what... sorry your not a member??? I don't know to this day if I'm insured or Not!! You even sent me a Link for a "chat message " of which, I thought, great, I'll go down that route... no chance. You tap on the link, and guess what... it offers you almost everything apart from one thing... you guessed it, no chat message!!! I've tried again sending you an email with my contact details (phone number)... response, yep, not a member. I give up.
