Shocking company to deal with. Apparently no humans are involved and no way to discuss issues. Because there was no way to respond to letters which gave seven days notice before the policy was cancelled and which took seven days to arrive by post, I had to go to another provider. I cancelled my policy and still waiting for a refund.
I would advise people to avoid using this company.
