It is incredibly frustrating when told that customers are required to communicate with a member of the One Click staff on line, rather than by telephone. Even though proof of sale of the insured vehicle was sent, the insurers refused a full refund in respect of the period they were not providing cover - the direct result of very poor communication on the part of One Stop.
