JH7 was very good and knowledgeable and would be 5* but One click is not 5* but 2*. I have changed from a provisional license to full bike license after passing my test, they will no longer insure me on my 125 bike even though my partner was an additional rider with 30 years riding and I had 9 years riding on cbt's. They also would not quote on 500cc bike I was looking to buy. I've had to cancel my policy I had 5 months left on policy and no refund. on my other policy for my 125 scooter its cost me £20 to change from provisional to full license and they also wouldn't quote the 500cc bike I was looking to buy.
