I was helped by AP7 today. Answered quickly and got straight to the point of my contact. The query over my renewal was sorted and I renewed for another year at a very good price.
Would prefer to have spoken to the agent. Most chat systems do not allow confidential information to be entered, such as card details etc. I am very careful of potential card cloning and similar security aspects when buying on line.
