Firstly, we bought a brand new car which you couldn’t insure immediately costing us an additional £80 in temporary insurance. The portal is just awful. You can’t log in and when you manage to it won’t allow you to make changes. So you try to speak to someone via the chat and get cut off. Finally got through to an agent after 20+ attempts and each time I replied it came up with error. I sorted out the change in policy eventually but whilst I was typing the operator cut me off. Infuriating.
