I was querying my house insurance renewal quotation and spoke to your colleague MB1. Once a few questions were asked and answered MB1 was able to reduce the renewal quotation very quickly. MB1 was very helpful and as the renewal payment had already been taken MB1 arranged for the refund to my credit card with the minimum of fuss. A pleasant experience.
