I really love my clock, and I'm pleased with the customer service. When mine stopped working, the exchange process was easy and the employees I interacted with were very helpful. I'll admit I'm a little concerned that the clock, which was not cheap, lasted less than a year -- it raises concerns about what happens if it does it again, or if it had quit at one year and one day.
