Your company has provided me with consistently good customer service, especially while handling a warranty issue I had with a Kickstarter unit. The alarm feature had stopped working. Polly helped me download the One Clock Installer app, but the app could not "find" my device. Polly told me this sometimes happens with the early units and she promptly arranged a return. The returned clock arrived at your receiving location. After several days, I inquired about the repair status. Apparently, my returned unit could not be located, so Polly promptly sent me a new one. I am once again enjoying my One Clock!
