Not easy to deal with and slow to react. Felt like a money spinner with vast and varying charges when things go wrong early on and the best option is to cut ties. Made the mistake of trying to save money on contents insurance and should of gone with a more well known and reputable insurer who are easier to contact and more accommodating.
