Do not go near this company. They cancelled my insurance after 5 days and held over £300 of my money, they said they cancelled my insurance because I didn’t confirm which car I had (for the third time) via an email and text they said they sent. Once I asked them for evidence of this they had none, I’ve spent hours on this and now have no insurance and money is stuck in pending and trying to get the money back from the bank. You also can’t phone anyone and customer service don’t fire to answer you on live chat. I’m glad I didn’t have to claim insurance with them as the service has been worse than I’ve ever had with any other company and I’ve not even made a claim I just want be insured! Going back with a company with good customer service
