Charged significant extra premium for having a withdrawn £0 "claim" with a previous insurer. It was clearly not a claim as it had been withdrawn and clearly had cost the insurer nothing. Same as if i'd not been a customer at all. Not sure why I present a significantly greater risk in this situation. No-one could explain why - just "that's what our insurer says".
