Very disappointed. My no claims was disputed said I had a claim 6 years ago and charged £40 extra and £42 admin fee. There was no phone number to discuss only a chat bot which was available for a limited time during the day. Was unable to contact anyone about this and ended paying £82 more than quote. Will not use again.
