Despite Insurance companies ability to talk to each other, you refused to accept that a "claim" that you referred to was not a claim at all , simply a notification to my insurer that a " no fault" incident had taken place and did not incur ANY costs to my insurer .
The result of this refusal was to charge me an extra £187.81 though I was in no way to blame for what occurred. So, the victim was penalised. You could have easily verified that what I said was true but you decide to overcharge me instead.
