I’m concerned with regard to customer service. It would be nice to talk to a human being. I tried the live chat customer service. Was told I was 23 in queue only for it to disappear after I waited 30 minutes. Had to start again twice more and gave up..
This concerns me very much if I have breakdown or need to claim.
The funny thing is when I went to sign up for the policy I had no issues and no waiting time. Mmmm
