I have my van insurance with you and have had no issues. The policy was easy to take out and has been ticking over nicely, however my wife has had nothing but bother with the home insurance and ended up with extra fees being added due to your error also my father passed away in February and when we called to make you aware we were told that despite having nearly 8 months to go on his policy which he paid in full you wouldn't cancel it and refund the policy fee without speaking to him.... I can honestly say I am not impressed by the lack of empathy that was shown in this situation and because of this will more than likely NOT be renewing with you when my policy is due for renewal.
