After getting a quote from a comparison website I was urged to take up the policy as the costs would change. I was unaware there would be a £50 set up fee even if I wanted to cancel within 14days. I made a complaint and all they asked was how I wanted to resolve the issue. Really disappointed from the out set. I understand it's in your t and C's but it's not made clear from the start and only if you read ALL the documents once you've signed up!
