I was not able to log into the online portal once my new policy was confirmed. Bethany (BG3) was able to quickly identify and explain the issue (not an error on either side). She sent me a direct link and stayed connected whilst I checked it worked, and it did. Not only did she fix my issue, but she was very pleasant and not "robotic" in the chat which is a nice refreshing change. I'm very happy with my choice of new insurer so far.
