Hi I have just had the pleasure of dealing with one of your web chat agents by the name of Bethan, aka BL1. She quickly got to the bottom of the problem which had been created at my end and very politely completely resolved the issue.
I couldn't ask for better customer service the problem was quickly identified and resolved.
