I just chatted to Becca RW2 on live chat and they were great! I called yesterday and chatted to another agent who did not answer my question and I was going to cancel my insurance but Becca answered it immediately today when I explained why I needed to cancel. Due directly to Becca RW2 I did not cancel my insurance with this company.
