Having provided the necessary information to an online insurance broker for a quote for car insurance I purchased a policy which on close inspection did not match with the all the details I had originally provided (potentially invalidating my policy in the event of a claim). In an attempt to clarify and amend my policy details I used the chat facility speaking to HW3. I was impressed by her positive response and actions, along with her patience, understanding and impartiality which led to a successful outcome. Thank you HW3 - Excellent effort.
