My advisor was Graham F GF7 I can't tell you what problems I've had in regards to customer service with this company. And then I got Graham. The rest of the advisors I have dealt with have been very abrupt and I was convinced I was talking to AI based on how unfriendly and unhelpful they were. But Graham was phenomenal. Really helpful. Really personable and quite honestly a credit to your company. It's a shame I haven't been able to deal with him every time, otherwise I would have had a much more enjoyable customer experience. He's far superior to the rest of your agents and I hope as a company you appreciate his excellent work. I cannot recommend enough. He updated my policy and took payment without me having to do anything. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much. I hope he received my feedback so he understands what are the incredible job he is doing.
