Disappointing that I could not simply talk to someone. I initially went on line to add some drivers to my policy. It couldn't be dealt with online so had to do it via the chat. Very frustrating that I had to AGAIN go through all the same questions. Took another hour to complete. However, I must say that Ei1 (username) was very helpful and professional.
