having just taken out a new car insurance policy, that included breakdown cover, I was disappointed to note that the customer portal showed that they couldn't currently cover me for Breakdown. I used the Live Chat service to query this and EB3 picked up my query very quickly. EB3 confirmed that it was just the wording on the customer portal, and that I have the cover, it just can't be used until the start date of my policy. All panic averted! customer support was very efficient. It's just a shame the wording on their portal made it appear I wasn't covered.
