Terrible Experience with OneProtect – Avoid This Company! I had an extremely frustrating experience with OneProtect Car Insurance, and I strongly advise others to avoid them. After canceling my policy, I was shocked to find that they continued taking money from my account. I had followed the proper cancellation process, yet they still charged me without authorization. What made the situation even worse was how difficult it was to get in touch with their customer service. They are nearly impossible to reach by phone, and when you do manage to get through, the support is unhelpful and slow. It feels like they intentionally make it hard for customers to resolve issues, leaving you stuck without answers. A reputable insurance company should be transparent, easy to communicate with, and respectful of their customers’ decisions. Unfortunately, OneProtect has failed on all of these fronts. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service make them one of the worst insurance providers I have dealt with. If you’re considering OneProtect, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other insurance providers that treat their customers fairly and professionally. Don’t make the same mistake I did—save yourself the stress and go with a company that actually values its policyholders.
