I had a admin error, completely my fault, logged into the policy portal with in seconds was talking to a representative via the live chat function. My error was corrected, did have to pay a little due to my policy being amended and a small admin fee, was all over in about 10 mins from loading the policy portal. The representative was very professional their tag or identifier is RW2
