Just had a wonderful customer service chat with agent Ei1. Firstly the quickness of response was exceptional….certainly not the usual hour or so wait I have experienced in the past with previous companies. Ellie was very professional in dealing with my enquiry about my premium payment and was always quick in replying to all my questions. The agent was very helpful in detailing the difference between what was included in my policy for legal assistance and the enhanced legal offer which I had inadvertently added onto my policy. Ellie was also very courteous and obliging in addressing my request to cancel the enhanced add on and arranged the subsequent reimbursement to my card. Without hesitation I can say this was the best experience I have had of an on line chat….and believe me when I say I have had a few. Well done agent Ei1 ( Ellie) you are a credit to your company.
