After a lengthy on line chat querying why commute had not been included as part of my policy even tho it said on quote it was, I had to pay another 15% of my policy total so not happy. The following day I went through the quote process again and it specified commuting included. I therefore got back on the online chat and spoke to EB3 who sorted everything and was offered a refund. Excellent customer service/care.
