I have just used the chat line to amend some details on my policy and the agent HM1 was very helpful. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. This is the first time I have used this company for my insurance and having to use the chat line was easy and problem free. If I needed to use it again I hope I get Agent HM1 (Hannah).
