Horrendous company to deal with. Only chat function, spent 1.5hrs on it for a very basic query. Have used the chat twice and both times the same, very lengthy and not helpful at all. Cancelled policy, which was also painful and not done correctly. Will never use again and do not recommend to anyone. Hate to think how they would handle a claim if they can't deal with a basic admin query.
