Following the recent death of Mum i has to call to advise of this and amend the insurance policy from her sole name to 'the executors'. Josh was appropriately sympathetic and clearly explained what needed to be done, kept me informed along the way and delivered a satisfactory outcome within the promised time frame. Well Done! He really made a daunting task easy.
