I recently had a online chat with OH3 who was brilliant and sorted out my multiple queries really efficiently and gave me all the answers to my questions, quickly and clearly. OH3 had a good level of knowledge and was polite and informative, if only all online chat operatives were as good the world would run much more smoothly. I was really impressed by the ease of communication and the fact I was chatting to a real person right from the word go, I will certainly use One Protect in the future and recommend them to friends & family, 10 out of 10 all round.
