I spoke to EB3 today on live chat, we were having some follow up validation issues and needed some clarity on what was needed and the live chat agent was extremely helpful. Very good manner on chat, and timely responses which didn't overcomplicate things at all. Told us what we needed to do and how long things would take to get sorted. Really good service, we have no complaints. Aside from the agent, the live chat feature is great. Tells you the position you are in queue, and is very easy to navigate when you need to upload anything needed for the policy documents. Very easy and transparent!
