Site did not recognise my car (its on the DVLA Vehicle check website) and it appears that it is impossible to speak to a human (shame). The "Live Chat" is anything but "live" - slow and cumbersome.
The agent (if she really exists) was good though. AT3, if you are not AI, thanks.
